Refund policy

We do accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the part, you may return the item as follows:

Within 5 days a full refund will be provided.  After 5 days but within 30 days a 10% restock fee may apply to regularly stocked items.  All returns must be in the original package in a new condition. There are no returns after 30 days.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

If you need to return an item you will need a “Return Authorization Number” that has been provided by Southside EMS Parts LLC. In order the get this RA number you will need to contact Southside EMS Parts LLC via email or phone. A form will be emailed to you and you will need to return the items with this form.  After the item has been received it will be inspected so we will know how to proceed.  If you return a part without an RA number it will either be discarded or send back to the ship from address.
