If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Southside EMS Parts LLC only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Southside EMS Parts LLC assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. We do not sell or provide your information to any other entity unless otherwise requested or without your permission.

You grant Southside EMS Parts LLC a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

User accounts

Limitation on liability

Southside EMS Parts LLC is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Southside EMS Parts LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Southside EMS Parts LLC and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Payment

We offer Net 30 terms to accounts who are qualified. Otherwise, we offer CC accounts / Prepay Accounts. Any order that is not a N-30 account will need to prepay before the item is shipped. If you are ordering a special-order item, it will need to be prepaid before the order is placed.

Warranty

We do not manufacture any parts here at Southside EMS Parts LLC. Any part that is sold as “New” will have any warranty offered by the MFG. Any part that is sold as “Used” or “Take Off” will be sold as is with no warranty.

Shipping

We will generally ship your purchase VIA UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We can not be held liable for any shipment delayed for any reason. We can only offer stand behind the guarantee of the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FED EX Etc.). All orders ordered before 3pm and the item is in stock will ship the same day. If the item is not in stock it may ship direct from the MFG. If there is an issue with shipping the item out in a timely manner you will be notified. We will use the Ship To address you provide. We can not ship to a PO Box.

Returns

We do accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the part, you may return the item as follows:

Within 5 days a full refund will be provided. After 5 days but within 30 days a 10% restock fee may apply to regularly stocked items. All returns must be in the original package in a new condition. There are no returns after 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item you will need a “Return Authorization Number” that has been provided by Southside EMS Parts LLC. In order the get this RA number you will need to contact Southside EMS Parts LLC via email or phone. A form will be emailed to you and you will need to return the items with this form. After the item has been received it will be inspected so we will know how to proceed. If you return a part without an RA number it will either be discarded or send back to the ship from address.

Special order items can not be returned for a credit or refund. It can be returned if it is defective and is covered under warranty from the MFG
